Name.

Ally Love

Occupations, affiliations, and projects.

Founder of Love Squad, Brooklyn Nets Host, Adidas Athlete, Peloton Instructor, and model.

People Who Do focuses on those who excel at moving forward throughout their passions in life, why is it important to you to “do”?
As a young woman, it is my job to be an example of creativity, growth, and risk-taking. I only know how to operate one way, and that is to "do". It's a part of my genetic makeup—or just my condition—to break limits and redefine stereotypes. I want to help inspire those around me.

Tell me more about how being an athlete creates strength for you in other aspects of your life?

Being an athlete is a mindset. It's not just about working out, it's about overcoming obstacles, and in most cases, overcoming that little negative voice your head.

What's your #1 motivating mantra to get through tough moments?

I don't have one. I just visualize my soul burning with fire which means that I'm greater and stronger than how I feel in that particular moment.

What’s your favorite lesson you’ve ever learned?

I learned to define my metrics for success. Everyone wants to be something great, however once I realized what "success" translated to me, I recognized that this was the model that could change my approach to everything, and it has.

Was there a particular time in your life that was challenging that's shaped who you are today?

When I was 9 years old I got hit by a car. I was in the hospital for 7 days and I almost died. That was an experience that has shaped my approach to life. I live my life to the fullest knowing that it can all be gone so quickly.

To date, what accomplishments are you most proud of?

Creating Love Squad. It's a platform to encourage, empower, and uplift. We have expanded to cultivating and facilitating real life relationships through our Love Squad Socials.
