Ally Love

Occupations, affiliations, and projects.

People Who Do focuses on those who excel at moving forward throughout their passions in life, why is it important to you to “do”?

As a young woman, it is my job to be an example of creativity, of growth, of risk-taking when it comes to branding myself and building a career. I only know how to operate one way, and that is to "do". Its a part of my genetic makeup or just my conditioner to break limits, redefined stereotypes, and help inspire.

Tell me more about how being an athlete creates strength for you in other aspects of your life?

Being an athlete is a mindset. Its not just about working out, its about overcoming obstacles, and in most cases, overcoming the little negative voice in our head.

Was there a particular time in your life that was challenging that's shaped

When I was 9 years old I got hit by a car. I was in the hospital for 7 days and I almost died. That was an experience that has shaped my approach to life. I live my life to the fullest knowing that it can all being gone.

To date, what accomplishments (of any kind) are you most proud of?

Creating Love Squad. Its a platform to encourage, empower, and uplift. We have expanded to cultivating, and facilitating real life connections and relationships through our Love Squad Socials.

#1 motivating mantra to get through tough moments.

I dont have one....I just visualize my soul burning with firing which means that I'm greater and stronger than how I feel in that particular moment.

What’s your favorite lesson you’ve ever learned?

I learned to define my metrics for success. Everyone wants to be something great, however once I realized what "success" translated to me, I recognized that this was the model that could change my approach to everything, and it has.
